At ØSTEN AI, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your personal information at any time. This page explains how to request data deletion and what happens to your data when you do.

How to Request Data Deletion

Email Request

Send an email to our data protection team with your deletion request:

Include: Your registered email address and organization name

In-App Account Deletion

Organization admins can also delete their organization directly from the dashboard settings. This permanently revokes all ad platform tokens and purges stored metrics.

Data Deletion Process

We acknowledge your deletion request within 24 hours.

Identity Verification

We verify your organization identity to protect against unauthorized account deletion.

Data Deletion

Your organization data, credentials, and synchronized metrics are permanently purged within 30 days.

Confirmation

We send written confirmation once the deletion is finalized.

Third-Party Data

Connected Platform Data

Data stored inside your connected advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) remains governed by your contracts with those platforms:

  • Google Ads: Manage data directly through your Google Ads Manager
  • Meta Ads: Manage data through Meta Business Suite
  • TikTok Ads: Manage data through TikTok Ads Manager

ØSTEN immediately deletes its stored OAuth tokens and webhook listeners, disconnecting all access to your advertising platforms.

Data Retention Exceptions

In certain limited circumstances, we may retain specific records required by law:

  • Financial and billing records required for statutory tax compliance
  • Security logs required for fraud prevention and incident investigation
  • Encrypted system backups (automatically overwritten and purged within 90 days)
